He who laughs last, did not get the joke
Rates
Some Virtual Business Assistant (VBA) sites post rates, some do not. I post my rates since I believe in full disclosure and transparency in business. You get what you pay for. There are cheaper alternatives out there, both in person and on the internet, however, I am a professional, I have a code of ethics that I go by and I am GOOD at what I do. My rates also reflect the fact that I am paying my own taxes and supplying my own equipment and office space. You get a real person and the SAME person all the time. Why spend time breaking in offshore or inexperienced help project after project? I learn your business and work with you to help your business grow.
Please use the Rates Calculator to see the savings of a Virtual Business Assistant over an on site employee.
You may choose between monthly retainer rates and hourly rates.
Hourly Rates
This plan is for those who need short term or occassional support or who prefer to be billed by the hour.
Administrative/Secretarial Services ~ $35.00
Bookkeeping/Accounting Services ~ 35.00
Website Design Services ~ 30.00
Invoices are sent out at the end of a project or weekly, whichever comes first. Expenses will be separately charged.
Weekend and Rush projects (less than 48 hours notice and due immediately) are subject to an additional 20% charge for hourly and retainer clients.
Monthly Retainer Rates
A plan for our clients who require services on a regular basis.
10 hours per month ~ 10% discount off hourly rates
20 hours per month ~ 15% discount off hourly rates
An invoice will be supplied with accurate accounts of all hours billed. Expenses will be separately charged.
Over your plan hours?
No problem. Extra hours for Retainer Plan clients are charged at the same rate as retainer agreement rates.
Under your plan hours?
Monthly Retainer Plan hours are valid for 45 days for the first two months of the contract. Retainer plans can be adjusted once we are in a stable work flow. After the first two months, if the hours are still flexing, we will have a meeting to discuss the plan.
A deposit is required before work begins. Having a Retainer Plan guarantees hours are set aside specifically for you and your business.
